Welcome to our holiday home in Marbella Club Hills, only 25 minutes drive from the old town of Marbella and 20 minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus.

Benahavis is known for its tranquility and being one of the most exclusive areas in Europe.

This holiday home with modern and contemporary decor, has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the best views of the Mediterranean.

There are also many golf courses, such as Marbella Club Golf, Los Arqueros Golf and Villa Padierna Golf Club.

The house is built on one level. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, a spacious living dining room with direct access to the terrace, open plan kitchen and private garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, two-door refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a flexible induction or flex induction hob, among other basics. In addition, in the same kitchen there is an extra room, for washing machine and dryer, with plenty of space.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV where you can access international channels from all over the world. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 6 chairs. The terrace has an outdoor table and a large outdoor sofa with coffee table, perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The 2 guest bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed, en-suite bathrooms with rain shower and access to the garden.

The master bedroom has been fitted with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub with sea views, a rain shower and double sinks, it also has access to a private terrace with panoramic sea views and has hammocks.

The garden is a spacious place to relax in the chill out area or have a great barbecue with family and friends.

We provide bath towels and bed linen and for a small fee we have beach towels, so you only have to bring your personal items.

The house is air conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air conditioning.

WIFI is also available throughout the property.

Also included in the rent is a parking space with carport.

In the urbanization you can find swimming pool, gym, sauna and Turkish bath or hammam.

Last but not least, security will not be a problem, as there is an alarm system, a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector.
