Crossing the entrance gate of the Finca, we walk along a long and leafy path that transmits tranquility and reflects the size of the property. We recognize that we are entering an Andalusian farmhouse-style villa, with a lot of charm and privacy. At the end of the path, an Arabic wooden porch invites us to access the interior patio.

The property consists of 10,000 m2 of gardens, surrounded by other large estates with similar villas, all facing the lake with spectacular views and a lot of privacy. The property is distributed on one floor, with a beautiful and well-kept large interior patio with a fountain and flowers that make this space a haven of peace.

The Villa is made up of 6 bedrooms that all lead to the patio, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

Life revolves around the huge living room with high ceilings and wooden beams, with large windows overlooking the lake on one side and the patio on the other. The living room is connected to a cozy dining room with a fireplace, from which we have direct access to the traditional style kitchen. On the other side of the living room there is access to a quiet reading & TV room that connects with the bedrooms. From the windows on the east side of the living room we access the spacious and bright porch with beautiful views of the pool, the lake and the extensive gardens.

The pool area has sun loungers and umbrellas to relax and enjoy the magnificent weather. The Villa has many corners where you can relax under a tree and enjoy the calm and privacy offered by its spacious gardens.

Service staff reside in a section of the Villa, which ensures that the property is always neat, clean, well-maintained and safe.

The Neighborhood: El Pantano Roto, Benahavis, is a very quiet and peaceful area in Benahavis, bordering the municipalities of Estepona and Marbella. There are many golf courses within a 10 km radius, including the adjoining Los Flamingos, as well as Atalaya Golf, Los Arqueros Golf, El Higueral Golf and El Paraíso Golf. By car it is about 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the town of San Pedro and 15 minutes to the renowned Puerto Banús or the town of Benahavís, considered a gastronomic center of the Costa del Sol for its variety of magnificent restaurants.
