This beautiful and modern beachside penthouse is located in Costabella, just a few meters from the beach.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen and a terrace.

The wonderful living room with access to the terrace with panoramic views of both the beach and the community pool. The bathroom in the main bedroom has a shower, sink, and a toilet.

We provide bed linen and bath towels, so you only need to bring your personal items to enjoy your vacation.

Costabella has the most beautiful beaches and the best beach bars in Marbella where you can taste the typical and varied dishes of Andalusian cuisine, a beautiful urbanization just 7 minutes by car where it is located in the old town of Marbella. It is a privileged area, very quiet, close to both the beach and the mountains.
