We want to welcome you to our duplex penthouse located in Miradores del Sol.

The 200 m2 south facing house is rented fully furnished. Its impressive views of the sea will make you immerse yourself in a deluxe experience, and its proximity to the beach and supermarkets will make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The two-storey penthouse consists of three terraces in total; a terrace with direct access from the living room with a sofa, dining table and a sun lounger, a second roof terrace with a seating area, dining table and three sun loungers and a smaller terrace, facing north for the hottest days.

On the main level is the living-dining room, decorated with two sofas, one with three spaces and the other with two spaces, a coffee table, a smart TV with more than 2,000 international channels and connected to the Internet, and a glass table with space for six people. From the living room you can adjust the temperature individually. Also, it has a bluetooth speaker so you can connect it to your device; two rooms equipped with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), a complete bathroom to share; and the kitchen that is fully equipped, with the best appliances for day-to-day life, (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, multifunctional oven, silent refrigerator, induction hob and dishwasher). It also has all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, glassware, cutlery, etc. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom en suite. All rooms are equipped with shutters to guarantee your rest.

We provide bath towels, bed linen to all our guests and for a small fee we have beach towels, so you only need to bring your personal items for your vacation at Mirador del Sol.

Both bathrooms are equipped with modern showers, a sink, a toilet and underfloor heating. It also has a hair dryer in both bathrooms for your disposal.

The urbanization has a community pool, jacuzzi and children's play area.

The complex is located next to many golf courses and only 5 minutes from Puerto Banús. In less than 20 minutes on foot you can reach the beach and supermarkets. Malaga airport is 55 min. far.
